Rte 93 S to Rte 128 S. Exit 4 onto 24 S (towards Fall River). Exit 13B to Rte44W (Taunton/Raynham). Go through 5 sets of traffic lights. (You will pass Chili's restaurant, Shaw's Market,, Super Stop 'N Shop, Brooks Pharmacy, Wedgemere Skilled Nursing Facility, Girl's, Inc.) At 6th set of lights (Girl's Inc.) go straight (over the railroad tracks.). Bear right at fork in road staying on Rte 44W (Keep fountain on left.). Go straight at set of lights--This is Main Street. Off-street parking or take 2nd right onto Cedar Street. Municipal parking lot on left.

 FROM 495 SOUTH

Exit 6 to Rte. 44 (Taunton/Providence). Take right at end of exit towards Raynham/Taunton. Go through 8 sets of traffic lights (You will pass Chili's Restaurant, Shaw's Market, Super Stop 'N shop, Brooks Pharmacy, Wedgemere Skilled Nursing Facility, Girl's Inc.). At 9th set of lights (Girl's Inc.) go straight over the railraod tracks. Bear right at fork in road staying on Rte 44W (Keep fountain on left.). Go straight at set of lights--This is Main Street. Off-street parking or take 2nd right onto Cedar Street. Municipal parking lot on left.

 FROM 495 NORTH

Exit 14 to Rte 24S. Exit 13B to Rte 44W (Taunton/Raynham). Go through 6 sets of traffic lights. FROM NEW BEDFORD

Rte 140N. Exit 12B to Rte 140N. Left at end of exit towards Taunton. You will pass the Silver City Galleria Mall on your left. Go past a Mobil gas stations on your left. Go through 7 sets of traffic lights (1st light at Home Depot, 2nd light at Dunkin's Donuts; go past Trucchi's Market, Cumberland Farms on your right, Mechanic's Cooperative Bank and then a school on your left.). Go straight at set of lights after school (Marion Manor Nursing Home and Police Station on left.) At next set of lights take a left onto Main Street. Community Care Services is the second building on the right. Off-street parking or take 2nd right onto Cedar Street. Municipal parking lot on left.

FROM FALL RIVER

Rte 24N. Exit 12B to Rte 140N. Left at end of exit towards Taunton. You will pass the Silver City Galleria Mall on your left. Go past a Mobil gas stations on your left. FROM PLYMOUTH

Rte 44W to Middleboro. Go halfway around Middleboro circle. Bear right staying on Rte 44W. Go through 7 sets of traffic lights (You will pass Chili's Restaurant, Shaw's Market, Super Stop 'N shop, Brooks Pharmacy, Wedgemere Skilled Nursing Facility, Girl's Inc.). At 7th set of lights (Girl's Inc.) go straight over the railraod tracks. Bear right at fork in road staying on Rte 44W (Keep fountain on left.). Go straight at set of lights--This is Main Street. Off-street parking or take 2nd right onto Cedar Street. Municipal parking lot on left.

FROM RHODE ISLAND

Rte 195E. Exit 7 (Seekonk/Barrington). Get in left lane on exit (Sign says Seekonk.). Take a right at end of exit. Left at traffice lights (Chili's restaurant on left). Go straight at next set of lights. Take a left at next set of light (Dunkin' Donuts on left). Stay to right at fork in road keeping GristMill Restaurant on left. Take a right at next set of lights onto Rte 44E (This is Winthrop Street). Go straight at lights at junction of Rte 118. Go straight through blinking light. Straight at lights at intersection of New Street (Rehoboth). Straight at blinking light (Just past golf course on left). Straight at lights (Bank on left, Shaw's Market on right). Straight at lights (intersection of Winthrop & Highland Streets). Straight at blinking light (just over the railroad tracks). Straight at lights at Fleet Bank. Right into rotary traffic getting into middle left lane. Straight at traffic lights (This is Main Street). Community Care Services is on the left side. Off-street parking available or take 1st right onto School Street. Take 2nd right onto Cedar Street. Municipal parking lot on right. Community Care Services is across the street (Yellow building on corner). Go to Main Street to access front entrance.  

TO ENTER COMMUNITY CARE SERVICES:

Go to front of building. Take elevator to 2nd floor. Go through door to left of reception window. Follow arrows to Foster Care.
